Let me tell you about our service

We've told you before about our product, our pricing, and our service. Because we manufacture our own products, we usually have what you need in stock. And if we don't have your specific design already stamped in copper, we have the copper material on our floor, ready to stamp. The same goes for our faux finishes. Since those are sent out to our painter, we won't tell you they'll be ready in two weeks if we know they'll take three.

In this fast-paced, technical world, let me tell you about our service, something we are very proud to talk about:

1- Ninety-nine percent of the time, we answer the phone. So you won't hear, "Press 1 for the shipping department, Press 2 for orders, or Press 3 to scream out loud." The only time you won't reach a person is when both of our lines are already being answered. That's right, we only have two phone lines because we only have two people answering them. And when we're on both calls, you can leave a message, and we'll get back to you quickly.

2- Yes, we aren't the largest company, but even though we aren’t huge, we supply some very big jobs. From large restaurant chains to hotels and even casinos, our products are used in major projects. Yet, no job is too small. We also sell just a few sheets to people doing kitchen backsplashes.

3- Even though we are located in Texas, we ship all over the world. And if you are in the USA, our central location helps reduce shipping costs for our clients.

4- I am the only person manufacturing tin ceilings who has also installed them. Because of that, I can advise installers on things they may not even think about when ordering the material. I also create diagrams based on your actual area, not AI-generated images that make our sheets magically fit. Someone recently sent me an AI-generated picture of a wall that was 28" x 40", and it showed the design fitting perfectly. However, our 6" pattern could only cover 24" x 42", so the finished project would not have turned out the way he expected. I do diagrams... by hand.

5- In most cases, we can reproduce your discontinued designs. Again, this is a hands-on service... my hands.

6- Lastly, we are friendly, knowledgeable, have great turnaround times, and offer a great product. I would also like to add that we have great customers, and we truly appreciate each and every one of them.
